· Manages and controls all Government- and Customer-owned property assigned to BlueHalo Contracts to ensure continual accountability.
· Responsible for maintaining formal processes and records for Government Property Administration.
· Performs incoming processing for U.S. Government and Customer-owned property per ISO procedures.
· Maintains accountability of Government Hand Receipt accounts ensuring all established Property regulatory requirements are met.
· Maintains property accountability records and determines condition of property and arranges disposal of surplus of obsolete material or equipment.
· Responsible for the accuracy of data input into tracking systems and files all required documentation.
· Responsible for administering the Government Stores Area, keeping it secure and maintaining records of where all items are located.
· Safely manages loading and unloading of transported property for shipping and receiving, delivery and setup. Operating as a trained and licensed vehicle and equipment operator as needed.
· Recommends inventory control and accountability processes for hand receipt accounts.
· Provides location assessment and documentation input of property and equipment.
· Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.
· Responsible for all U.S. Government shippers and verifies that they have the correct authority for shipment as well as confirmation from all parties included.
· Provide support for closing out any Government Contract by supplying them with the information needed so property can be transferred or dispositioned correctly.
· Responsible for ensuring all instructions from the Plant Clearance Officer are followed for the disposition process.
· Prepares all reports upon request by the Government.
· Responsible for property additions, turn-ins, lateral transfers in/out; cyclic, sensitive items and annual inventory tracking; shipping, receiving, inspection, storing, issue, and delivery.
· Prepares and supports reviews and audits of Government Property
· Performs scheduled Inventories and Audits.
· Provides coordination and follow-up action to ensure transactions submitted to the Property Manager are accurately recorded in a timely manner and report any problems that cannot be resolved between the two parties to the Government point of contact.
· Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives.
· Responsible for all U.S. Government shippers and verifies that they have the correct authority for shipment as well as confirmation from all parties included.
· Provide support for closing out any Government Contract by supplying them with the information needed so property can be transferred or dispositioned correctly.
· Responsible for ensuring all instructions from the Plant Clearance Officer are followed for the disposition process.

· Investigates and resolves any anomalies in the property tracking system.
· 2+ years of relevant experience.
· Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
· Must be familiar with Government property reporting.
· Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from management or the Government.
· Must have experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
