· Maintaining the receptionist desk
· Assists site lead with administrative responsibilities
· Perform standard administrative duties that may involve creating, tracking, and reporting the status of purchase orders, budgets, shipping, order pickups, schedules, plans, contracts, and database files.
· Coordinate space planning, equipment planning and assist with minimal IT duties and managing phone system ports in a server room
· Schedule and support company-sponsored events for multiple locations with some local travel
· Performs other administrative duties as needed/assigned
Facilities
· Assess, report, and track all facility issues
· Contact, facilitate, and escort vendors when repairs are needed and until the issues are resolved for four separate facilities.
· Provide property management, tracking/tagging both corporate and government property

Travel
Travel is minimal and local during the business day.
Primary Location
Albuquerque, New Mexico
· Candidate should have five to ten years of progressive office administrative experience.
· Proficient computer/MS Office skills with report/policy writing experience
· Organizational, problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented and flexible, able to move from one task to another as priorities change
Desired Qualifications:
· Knowledgeable in visitor control policies and badging
· Ability to obtain a security clearance
