BlueHalo, a fast-growing mid-size Federal Contractor, is looking to expand its program management capabilities to support recent and anticipated contract award(s) in its Intel Sector. The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a program or project manager in managing technical programs and contracts. We are looking for a strategically focused individual that will keep our customers' mission central as they manage the execution of our contract(s).
TS/SCI w/Poly
BS degree in an engineering or technical field.
Ten years of experience as a program or project manager in managing federal programs and contracts ($25M+).
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Must be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
Requires PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.
Desired experience:
Preferred experience with hardware and/or software development contracts with multiple subcontractors and task order contract types.
