Program Manager

BlueHalo, a fast-growing mid-size Federal Contractor, is looking to expand its program management capabilities to support recent and anticipated contract award(s) in its Intel Sector. The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a program or project manager in managing technical programs and contracts. We are looking for a strategically focused individual that will keep our customers' mission central as they manage the execution of our contract(s).

• TS/SCI w/Poly

• BS degree in an engineering or technical field.

• Ten years of experience as a program or project manager in managing federal programs and contracts ($25M+).

• Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

• Must be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.

• Requires PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.

   

  Desired experience:

• Preferred experience with hardware and/or software development contracts with multiple subcontractors and task order contract types.
