Director of Business Development & Capture (Intel Sector)

• Position will report to the VP of BD for Intel Sector
• Position will be responsible for pipeline development & qualification and ensuring Capture processes are implemented, capture plans created and executed, and resources assigned to win strategic opportunities identified by the Business Development team
• Responsibilities include mentoring, training, and potentially leading Corp assigned Capture Team Leaders (CTLs).
• Furthermore, institutionalizing processes such as win strategies, shaping techniques, conducting capture and proposal readiness reviews to ensure teams are following and executing Capture Plans.

• Successful Candidate has experience of building and growing successful BD & Capture Team Leaders within companies exhibiting a strong growth track record in DOD and Intel markets.
• Minimum 15 years direct experience in DOD and Cyber/Intel captures and strong proposal development background a plus.
• Candidates should have completed a BS/BA degree at a 4 year college/university. Technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Candidate possess a TS/SCI (CI Poly) minimum and demonstrate the ability to be cleared to a FSP if required.
