Manager of Business Development

If are you interested in strategic planning, setting and reaching goals, and working with people inside and outside of your organization, then you may be interested in a career as a business development manager.   If you also have great communication skills, the heart to see a business grow, and enjoys working with others, then you may be interested in being a BlueHalo business development manager.  BlueHalo is in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in the Intel Community.  The successful candidate will help drive new business within BlueHalo in the Intel market.           

                           

• Position will be responsible for customer & industry engagement, pipeline development & qualification and ensuring Business Development processes are followed, growth plans created and executed, and resources assigned to win strategic opportunities identified by the Business Development team.
• Work with Business Development Director and Program VP to develop and implement successful teaming strategies for Prime and Sub Opportunities.
• As part of the Growth Team, contribute to Sector Strategy for IC growth to include making recommendations on strategic captures, recommendations for IRAD investment, and strategic Customer engagements.
• Work closely with Capture, Program, Proposal, and all functional teams through the full life-cycle of opportunity development.

• Successful Candidate has experience in either BD, Capture, or Government within the Intel Community.
• Minimum 10 years direct experience in Intel Community captures and strong proposal development background a plus.
• Candidates should have completed a BS/BA degree at a 4 year college/university. Technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Candidate possess a TS/SCI (CI Poly) minimum and demonstrate the ability to be cleared to a FSP if required.
