We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced mid-level recruiting professional with demonstrated track record of technical recruiting  in the Maryland area, and has a history of working within the Cyber & Intelligence community. BlueHalo is in the relationship building business and the right person for this role will possess innate networking skills and a sharp intellect. The C&I Recruiter will source, build, qualify and maintain talent pipelines in coordination with BlueHalo recruitment needs...and be the goto SME on all things TA related for your customers. You will work with hiring managers on both a tactical and strategic level and with each candidate interaction, you will support, maintain, and promote BlueHalo employment brand.


We believe that TA is a team sport and TA team interaction and support is a key to success... bring your PMA and TA ideas...


On a weekly basis, you will support your team and your customer by...

  • Source and engage candidates with finesse and impact:
    • Identify, attract, and recruit experienced C& I professionals...relay the company culture while screening candidates for the level of expertise in skills, experience, and other requirements...
    • you will be attracting top talent that are often  not currently looking for a new job. The talent we seek are top engineers with TS/SCI w/Poly clearances 
  • Manage customer interactions and facilitate the tracking of recruiting activities, weekly reporting, and identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience.
    • Drive recruiting process efficiency through communication and collaboration with the various internal  teams.
    • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements  as a TA partner to the business 
  • Industry SME: Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent.
    • Work within BlueHalo to develop Branding and Marketing strategies that will help source new candidates and expand reach and response.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Experience with building customer relationships, applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter and similar resume databases
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and quick acumen are highly desired
  • Has had experience hiring for niche positions such as (embedded engineers, reverse engineers, CNO developers, etc…)
  • Have experience working with 3 letter agencies especially the Maryland customer and know the difference involving clearance between them
